What is ICCID?

Integrated Circuit Card Identifier (ICCID) is a unique 19 or 20-digit number assigned to your SIM card. It is used to identify the SIM card and it also stores information for the Q Link Wireless Network. It is printed on the SIM card itself and can also be found in the SIM card settings on your phone once the SIM Card is inserted.

The ICCID is important for mobile network operators because it helps us to identify and authenticate you on our network, and it also allows us to track and manage the use of the SIM card and associated services. The ICCID is used in the activation and provisioning process when a new SIM card is purchased and activated on the Q Link Wireless network.

Where can I find my SIM card’s ICCID number?

You can find your SIM card’s ICCID number in several ways depending on the type of phone you have. Here are some ways to find your SIM card’s ICCID number:
  1. On the SIM card itself: The ICCID is printed on the SIM card itself. To see it, remove the SIM card from your device and look for a long number that starts with “890”.
  2. In the settings menu of your phone: On most phones, you can find the ICCID number in the settings menu. Go to “Settings”, then “General” or “About Phone”, and look for the “SIM Status” or “SIM Card” option. The ICCID number should be listed there.
  3. Dial a code on your phone: Some phones allow you to dial a code to see your SIM card’s ICCID number. Dial this code *#06# and your device should display your ICCID number.
If you’re having trouble finding your ICCID number, you can contact a Tech Support Specialist for assistance.
