How do I check my minutes or data balance?
For fast and easy access, you can view your usage details and remaining minutes by logging in to My Q Link account. Your current available data or minutes will be shown in the “My Usage” section. Data, talk, and text usage may take 2-5 days or longer to display up-to-date and accurately in Q Link’s System.
You can check your available balance and usage at any time by sending a text message to 7500, by dialing *611 from your Q Link phone, or by calling 1-855-754-6543.
