How do I reactivate my Lifeline service with Q Link Wireless?

To reactivate your service with Q Link, Simply sign up with us and complete the Q Link Wireless application.

If you already have a Q Link Wireless SIM card, you may be able to activate it with your new account. We will alert you during the sign up process if your SIM card is eligible for reactivation.

If you don’t have a SIM card or your SIM card can’t be reactivated, we will send you a new one.
