How do I reactivate my Lifeline service with Q Link Wireless?

I am a returning Q Link Wireless Customer

To reactivate your service with Q Link, log into your account using your Email as your username and your Zip Code as your password. Go to your Members Area page and select “Activate My FREE Service Now.” From there, and then choose whether you want to Bring Your Own Phone OR shop for a brand new one.

You’ll then be given easy instructions to reactivate your Lifeline service!

I’ve previously been enrolled with Lifeline but I’m new to Q Link Wireless

Simply sign up with us and select which phone you’d like to use.

Please note that both new and returning Lifeline Reactivation Eligible Q Link customers are NOT eligible for a free smartphone.

But you’ll still get your FREE monthly service, no problem!
