The National Verifier helps customers get approved for Lifeline by reviewing their documents and determining their eligibility.
Certain states require potential Lifeline recipients to be approved through the National verifier to receive their service. Q Link Wireless will let you know if this applies to you after Sign Up.
2. What do I need to do to complete my National Verifier application?
To finish your application through the National Verifier website, you’ll need to enter the following information exactly as it appears on your Q Link Wireless account:
Full Name
Address
Date of Birth
Last 4 Digits of your SSN
You may also need to submit documents proving your eligibility for the Lifeline program.
3. What do I do when I’m done applying through the National Verifier website?
After getting approved for Lifeline through the National Verifier Website, simply return to Q Link Wireless and log into your account to receive your free phone and monthly service!
4. Why do I need to sign up through the National Verifier?
Due to state regulations, potential Lifeline customers within National Verifier states must apply for Lifeline through the National Verifier website.
