Your monthly membership will be $6.99/per month instead of $14.99/per month. Access free delivery & returns, award-winning movies, TV & music, & exclusive savings.

No. Prime Access members enjoy every Prime benefit at a discounted rate of $6.99/month. It includes:

New and existing active Q Link Wireless members are eligible to receive this offer.

How many months of Amazon Prime I will get without cost?

As a Q Link Wireless customer, you’ll receive two months of Amazon Prime on us.

What happens after the two months of the Amazon Prime offer?

After the two months of Amazon Prime on us, you will be eligible to get all Prime benefits for half the price ($6.99/month) with a Prime Access membership. You will have the option to opt-in for auto-renewal during the offer signup experience or enter a payment method to use after your free trial ends.

 

If I’m not satisfied, can I cancel anytime? Will I be refunded?

Yes. You can cancel your Prime Access membership at any time by visiting your account and updating your membership preferences. Paid members who haven’t used their benefits may be eligible for a full refund for the current membership period.

What happens if I already have Amazon Prime? 

Currently, the Amazon Prime offer is for new Amazon Prime memberships only.

What if I lost my SIM Card? 

You can order a New Q Link SIM Card Replacement by simply logging into your account, go to the Shop Phone page, and order a new one.

What if my SIM Card doesn’t work?
