How will I receive confirmation of my appointment?
Once you make your appointment, we will send you an email, a text message, and a notification confirming your appointment details.
Here are the details you can expect in your confirmation message:
- The date and time of the appointment.
- The contact phone number we will call.
- What you will need for the appointment.
- The topic you need help with.
- Your Q Link SIM Card information.
Additionally, you will receive a reminder text message 15 minutes before your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so easily by clicking the Reschedule link in the Members Area, text message, or confirmation email
How will I receive a reminder for my appointment?
When you schedule an appointment with Q Link Wireless, you can count on us to send you a friendly reminder within a 30 minute window before your scheduled time. We will send the reminder via email and text message containing all the details of your appointment, including the date, time, your contact details, and the help you requested.
