Can I reschedule my appointment if needed?

If you need to reschedule your appointment with Q Link Wireless, it’s easy to do so! Simply log into your Members Area and click “reschedule an appointment.” You can also reschedule by responding to the text message or email that we sent you. Your current appointment will be cancelled, and you’ll be able to select a new date and time that works best for you. We understand that things can come up unexpectedly, so don’t hesitate to make the adjustments you need.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, don’t worry! You have the option to reschedule within a 7-day window to activate your SIM card and enjoy your FREE Phone Service. However, keep in mind that you have 30 days to activate your SIM card before the service is canceled. If you decide to cancel, you can do so easily in the Members Area, via text message, or confirmation email. Just choose the method that’s most convenient for you!
