Absolutely! You can schedule an appointment at any time that suits you, subject to availability. At Q Link Wireless, we are always here to assist you with any needs or concerns you may have. How long in advance can I schedule an appointment?

Great news! As soon as your SIM card is shipped, you can schedule an appointment to activate your FREE  Phone Service. You will receive a text and email inviting you to activate your SIM card, or you can log into your  Members Area and schedule an appointment there. We understand that your time is valuable, so you will have a 7-day window to schedule your appointment at a time that suits you best. How far in advance should I schedule my appointment to ensure availability?

You can schedule your appointment as soon as your SIM Card is shipped, and you have a 7-day window to choose a date and time that works best for you. We recommend scheduling an appointment as soon as possible to avoid losing your FREE Phone Service since you’ll have 30 days to use it before it is canceled. Can I schedule an appointment for the same day?

Of course, you can schedule an appointment for the same day if there are available time slots. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it’s important to note that same-day appointments may not always be available. Why can’t I make an appointment?

If your SIM card is already activated or you have been already using your FREE Phone Service, you won’t be able to schedule an appointment. However, if you have any inquiries or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at  our direct phone line at 1 (855) 754 6543. Our Customer Support Team is available 24/7 and always happy to  assist you.
