How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment and get help starting your Q Link Wireless FREE Phone Service, log in to your
Members Area and follow these steps:

  1. Click Book Now at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the topic you need help with from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the phone number where we can contact you. We recommend you enter an alternative phone number to have full access to the phone you want to activate while speaking with us.
  4. Select the date and time when you want us to call.
  5. That’s it! You will receive a confirmation email and text with the details of your appointment.

Pro Tip: Have a Wi-Fi connection, if possible. This will ensure that the activation process goes smoothly and without interruption.

How do I select a topic for the call?

When scheduling your appointment, you will be able to choose your topic from the “What do you need help with?” drop-down menu.

The menu includes various topics, so you can select the one that best suits your needs. Some options are below:

  • Help inserting the SIM card.
  • Troubleshooting SIM card error messages.
  • Not having a phone to activate.
  • Having an incompatible phone.
  • Having a locked phone.
  • Not having a SIM card that fits.
  • Data not working or being unable to send messages.

Can I choose a specific tech support specialist to handle my call?

Our system assigns the next available specialist to guide you step-by-step through the Activation process. Therefore, you cannot select a specific tech support specialist to handle your call.
