How to Install Your Q Link Wireless SIM Card
- Turn Off Your Phone: Before removing or inserting a SIM card, always power off your phone to prevent any potential damage.
- Remove Your Current SIM Card: Use the SIM card-eject tool included in your Q Link SIM kit. Insert the tool into the small hole next to the SIM tray. Gently push until the tray pops out. If you’ve misplaced the eject tool, a paper clip will work just as well.
- Insert Your New Q Link SIM Card: After removing your old SIM card, compare it to the three cut-out sizes on your Q Link SIM card to find the right size for your phone. Once you have identified the correct size, punch out the corresponding SIM card.
- Place the SIM Card into Your Phone: Insert the correct-sized SIM card into your phone’s SIM tray and slide it back into place.
- Power On Your Phone: Turn your phone back on. Your SIM card is now installed, and your device should connect to the Q Link Wireless network.
Pro Tip: If you’re using an Android device with a removable back cover, look for a small indentation in the lower corner to help you lift the cover easily.
