Unlock Your Restricted Phone: US Mobile

To unlock your phone from your current provider, there are a few requirements you need to meet. Please review the following guidelines.

The requirements and instructions for unlocking your phone with US Mobile are as follows:

    1. Most US Mobile devices come unlocked from the day of purchase.
    2. Some NUU brand models are locked for 6 months after purchase.


Unlocking by calling the carrier:

  1. You can unlock your phone by calling US Mobile customer service at 1-878-205-0088.
  2. Contact the customer service representative and inform them that you would like to unlock your phone.
  3. Provide any necessary information to verify your identity and ownership of the device, such as your account details and device information.
  4. Follow any additional instructions provided by the representative.
  5. The representative will initiate the unlocking process on their end.
  6. Wait for confirmation from the representative that your phone has been unlocked.
  7. After the call, restart your phone to complete the unlocking process.
