Unlock Your Restricted Phone: Visible Mobile

To unlock your phone from your current provider, there are a few requirements you need to meet. Please review the following guidelines.

The requirements for unlocking your phone are as follows:

  1. The device must be purchased from Visible.
  2. The device must remain locked for 60 days from the date of activation on the Visible network.
  3. The device must not be determined as lost, stolen, or purchased fraudulently by Visible.

 

If you are a Visible customer in the military and receive relocation orders outside of Visible’s coverage area, you can request to unlock your device and suspend your service. During the 60-day lock period following device activation, you can contact the Visible Care team via chat to initiate the review and validation process of your request.

To unlock your phone online with Visible, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the Visible app or visit the Visible website.
  2. Locate the customer support or help section. This may vary depending on the platform you’re using.
  3. Look for the option to initiate a chat or contact the Visible Care team online. Click on the appropriate button or link.
  4. Provide your account information: When prompted, enter your account details such as your phone number, email address, or any other required information.
  5. Request device unlocking: Inform the Visible Care team that you would like to unlock your phone.
  6. Verification process: The Visible Care team may ask you to provide additional details to verify your identity and eligibility for unlocking.
  7. Follow the instructions: The Visible Care team will guide you through the necessary steps to initiate the unlocking process. They may provide specific instructions based on your device and situation.
  8. Complete the unlocking process: Follow the instructions provided by the Visible Care team to complete the unlocking process. This may involve entering codes, performing specific actions on your phone, or providing additional information.
  9. Confirmation: Once the unlocking process is complete, the Visible Care team will confirm that your device is unlocked and ready for use with other compatible networks.
